Do you know that plastic waste is become a serious problem in Indonesia and the other country around the world? In Indonesia, plastic waste problem not just in the land, but also in the ocean where its area is 2/3 from Indonesia area. Here are the effect and solution about the plastic waste.

The first main problem of the plastic waste is damage the live of marine life. The current news told that there are so many dead shells that found on the coast. This thing absolutely can increase water pollution because of the dead shells.
The other problem is disturbing the food chain in the ocean. For example, the plankton poisoned by the plastic waste, when it happen the other sea animals can poisoned also by eat the plankton. It's certain can give a bad impact for the human's health.
Last but not least, Plastic waste can reduce the value of tourism. We know that, one of best place for spend our holiday is sea or beach. But how if the sea or beach polluted by so many plastic? Is there anyone want to visit that place? Of course No!

So what is the best solution that must taking for solve this problem?
The best solution is have to start from ourselves first. Everyone has to has a high awareness about the impact of the plastic waste itself  by reduce plastic usage. We can take a small action like bring your own shopping bag when you shop at the store, bring your tumbler for meal and drink, don't use plastic straw but we can change it into reusable straw.
  

In conclusion, we have known the impact of plastic waste for our environment especially for the ocean life and also the solution. So, let's take an action for that problem, no need to do a big movement, just do a small action like I've told above and spread that movement to people around you so they can do the same thing. Let's save our ocean life for the better ocean future.
